La obra de Zhengjie Feng retrata a una mujer de origen oriental con el cabello y una blusa rosa, el fondo de la obra es verde intenso.
Zhengjie es conocido por sus llamativos retratos de mujeres, en un estilo cercano al de la cultura pop. En su trabajo, realiza una crítica al consumismo desenfrenado de la China moderna y a la moda, sus cánones de belleza y el concepto del glamour. Los característicos ojos de sus retratos están perdidos y errantes, reflejo de la desconexión del interior del individuo con el artificial mundo exterior. En la obra de Zhengjie, se pueden encontrar las influencias, tanto de los carteles de la China rural de los años treinta, como las del dibujo tradicional llamado Mianzhu Nianhua.
