OT.- Noah’s Ark
GÉNESIS 6: 5-16
God, regretting His creation, decides to put an end to human violence and wickedness by means of a flood that would wipe out all earthly life. Noah, a righteous man, is chosen to build an ark to protect and save seven pairs of each species—each male with its female—in order to preserve the species on Earth.
The scene symbolizes God’s covenant with humanity: He does not completely destroy creation but instead offers a new opportunity through the ark.
