Overview
Nativity, Glimpses through Time (2020), Online exhibition - December 7, 2020 to February 7, 2021
From December 7, 2020, to February 7, 2021.

Amparo and Manuel Foundation (AMMA) presented the exhibition Nacimiento: Miradas en el tiempo for the eighth consecutive year—and for the first time, in a digital format.

Through the online tour, the public was able to explore in detail the scenes and figures that make up the Amparo Espinosa Rugarcía Nativity Scene, accompanied by a series of videos recounting the collection's history and the processes behind the exhibition.

This Nativity scene was created by artisan Felipe Nieva (Orizaba, Veracruz) during the first half of the 20th century. For this exhibition, it was accompanied by a contemporary sound piece created specifically for the occasion by artist Francisco Eme, as well as a photographic installation featuring the collection's figures, all designed to enhance the aesthetic experience.
