Gabriel de la Mora’s work depicts a group of nude men rendered in pixels. The artist’s work explores finitude, permanence, the passage of time, and the transformation of matter and energy. The materials he uses come from everyday contexts—they could even be described as waste—and take on various forms that play with the notions of drawing, painting, and sculpture.
