Additionally, if you wish, your personal data may be used for secondary purposes such as sending you information about our activities, future events and projects, as well as for statistical purposes and the evaluation process of our services, as long as you authorize us to do so.

Please be informed that you can deny consent to the use of these accessory purposes of your data without affecting the provision of a service or information you have requested. Please let us know if you wish to allow us to collect your data for these purposes, checking the boxes in our site, located in each Program’s Request Form and in Art loan’s Form; as well as in Contact Us and in Sign Up to our newsletter.   1. The title holder’s name, regular or email address, and phone number.

Photocopy of the official document that proves your identity or, if acting through a legal representative, you must also attach the official identification of said representative as well as the document that contains the power where your representation is accredited, which may be a public instrument or a power of attorney signed before two witnesses.


  1. The clear and precise description of the personal data regarding the exercise of any of the aforementioned rights, as well as any other element or document that facilitates the location of such data.
