Fundación SERES was created by Julio Serrano Espinosa to promote social mobility and improve the environment in Mexico. It seeks to position social mobility as a priority subject on the social agenda and promote public policies that impulse it so that more low-income Mexicans have the opportunity to improve their socioeconomic situation.
Likewise, Fundación SERES supports the ecological and cultural wealth of Mexico, promotes the rescue and promotion of green spaces. SERES organizes activities to educate Mexicans on the use and care of Mexican plants, horticulture, and low water consumption in gardening to promote a healthier way of life in the country.
