    Una mujer desnuda, más desmoronada que sentada sobre una silla. Los rasgos están desdibujados. La sencillez de la técnica, un dibujo en negro de trazos fluidos, es suficiente para transmitir la sensación de extenuación.


    Emin descubre en el arte una terapia para superar traumas de su juventud, recreando su propia memoria llena de dolor. En su obra plasma franqueza cruda y sufrimiento con temas como el sexo, los excesos, las drogas y las resacas, que trata en distintos medios como la escultura, el dibujo, la instalación o el video.
